Continuing Education:
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Professional Telephone Collection Techniques (PTCT) Seminars are held periodically in locations convenient to our members.
The FDCPA and PTCT seminars are two-for-one events. As a membership benefit, MACA Members are invited to register two employees for the price of one registration.
Members receive notice of MACA-sponsored seminars under separate cover, or you may telephone ACA's Education Department at (952) 926-6547.
We also hold education events in conjunction with our Spring Fling held in April or May, and the Northeast Debt Collection Expo, a multi-unit convention held in conjunction with the New York Unit of ACA International.
Check our MACA Events page for more information.
Ask Doctor Debt:
Brought to you by the ACA International Education Foundation, "Ask Doctor Debt" is a resource where consumers find answers to their debt and credit questions.
