Enrollment and Event Policies

Membership Registration and/or Event Enrollments:

MACA membership application or enrollment for MACA events may be completed online or by downloading, completing and mailing the correct enrollment form.

Refunds

Membership

Membership in MACA is non-transferable and non-refundable once approved.


Events

MACA-sponsored event registrations may be cancelled no later than five (5) days prior to the event date unless stated otherwise on event page or event enrollment document. Qualifying refunds will be reimbursed for the full amount, less a $25 service fee.  Cancellations received less than five (5) days from the event date are non-refundable.  Substitutions are welcomed if made within three (3) days of the event date.  No-shows on the day of the event forfeit the full amount of the registration fee, and no materials will be forwarded.  Please call MACA at (717) 730-9745 to authorize a cancellation or substitution.
